Flaxseed heating pads can be used hot or cold to help soothe aches and pains for knees, neck/shoulders, headaches, or anywhere your muscles and bones need some help relaxing.

When heating in a microwave, heat 1-1.5 minutes and do not exceed 2 minutes at a time.

For crockpots use low setting for 30 minutes then reset to warm. Crockpots are awesome for rotating 3-4 flaxseed heating pads at a time so you can have heat for hours.
